2. Services and Membership
We provide the following services to our community:

We offer two membership tiers:
- Free Subscription β Access for beginners.
- Paid Monthly Subscription β Full access to all community features.
Additional premium services and courses may be purchased separately. Payments can be made via debit/credit card or PayPal. Promotional offers or free trials may be made available periodically.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
Members can cancel their subscription at any time with 7 days' notice. Access to the community will end at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Online Courses & Digital Products
You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed the course materials or downloadable content. By accessing course content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived under UK digital content regulations.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Code of Conduct and Content Use
To maintain a respectful and professional environment, members agree to the following:
- No offensive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour or content.
- No sharing, reselling, or reproducing community resources (templates, videos, tools, downloads) without express written permission.
- Affiliate links must only be shared with prior approval and must relate to authorised FBA Navigators promotions.
Any breach of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your membership.
5. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
