No Prorated Refunds: Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

Online Courses Refunds

Members have the right to cancel an online course and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

The member must not have accessed the course material, including videos, downloads, or other content.

Once course content has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Premium Services

Premium services, such as live video training rooms, downloadable tools, or mentorship, are generally non-refundable.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Free trials and discounted offers are provided as opportunities to explore the community and resources.

Refunds are not applicable for free trials or promotional discounts once the member transitions to a paid plan.
