No Prorated Refunds
Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

Online Course Refunds

Members have the right to request a full refund for any online course within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer law, provided that:

  • The course content (videos, downloads, or other material) has not been accessed

  • Once any part of the course content is accessed, the member waives their right to a refund under UK digital content laws

Premium Services

Premium services, such as live training rooms, downloadable tools, or mentorship programmes, are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests for these services will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Amazon FBA Navigators Support Team, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Free trials and promotional discounts are provided to give members an opportunity to explore our resources.

  • No refunds apply to free trials

  • If a member continues into a paid subscription following a free trial or discount, charges will apply unless cancelled before the trial ends

  • Full name and email address used at registration

  • Details of the product or service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
